The interior and exterior are clearly separated living zones. Not a permanently open space, but a functional concept: either the comfort of a cooled interior, or time spent outside on the terrace. This approach is based on the consideration that large sliding portals tend to remain closed for most of the summer due to interior cooling or because of insects.<\/strong> The solution therefore has not only aesthetic value, but also energy and operational benefits\u2014especially during the summer months. <\/p>\n

A terrace that does not spoil the view<\/h3>\n

Another interesting detail is the placement of the terrace.<\/strong> It is not aligned with the best view, but positioned to the side. The result is an unobstructed view through the fixed window\u2014 without future additions such as a pergola, furniture, or shading that would naturally block the view.<\/strong> <\/p>\n
