SCHÜCO AWS 65 aluminium windows are the most economic variant of aluminium frame structures with interrupted thermal bridge. We use thermal insulating inserts around the glazing with this system to increase interior surface temperatures. When the depth of outer frame is 65 mm and 75 mm of the sash it is characterized with an extensive thermal insulation. Wide range of profiles, several design variants of profiles and glazing beads are availible. Considering the persuasive price/added value ratio, we recommend to use it into public buildings, multifunctional and business centers, and wherever thermal insulation of hole fillers is not the decisive criterion.

The concealed fitting system SCHÜCO AvanTec SimplySmart with 180° opening offers attractive novelties in the field of safety and accessories. For example, the option for built-in windows to increase the fitting resistance to burglary up to class RC 2. Regarding accessories, a control lever provides you with greater comfort as it prevents from faulty handling, then there is a lever preventing from a sash slam, a lever limiting 90° angle opening, or in case of big and heavy sashes, there are innovative onsets and a sash carrier when closing and in closed condition. Advanced features: safety and cleaning hinges for tilt sash system up to the weight of 160 kg, a variant of handling - tilding before turn (protection against falling out), resistance to burglary up to class RC 3.

We standardly offer thermal insulation triple glazing with SGG Planitherm XN (low-E) low emissivity coating. This glazing has excelllent properties: heat transfer coefficient Ug = 0.6 W/m2K, solar factor g = 54%, light transmission TL = 74%. Filled with argon to 90%, the value of emissivity coating is 0.03. The glazing is supplied with SGG SWISSPACER ADVANCED or SGG SWISSPACER ULTIMATE spacer which currently have the best parameters on the market.
There is thermal and insulation double glazing with low-emissive coating (low-E) available a well. The parameters of glass: sturcture FLOAT4 - 16 - 4lowE, Ug = 0.1 W/m2K (according to EN 673), the emissivity value of low-E layer = 0.03, light transmission: TL = 82%, total energy transfer (solar factor) g = 65%, warm spacer SGG SWISSPACER ADVANCE, argon filling 90%.
It is often necessary to “stuff” the composition of only one kind of glass with a number of properties. In addition to energy requirements (thermal insulation, sun protection, and heat gains), we often impose on glass also requirements for safety (protection against burglary, protection against injury), aesthetic (ornaments, colours, opaque) or functional (noise protection, self-cleaning property). Glass simultaneously meeting multiple requirements is called multifunctional glass and to put it on offer requires the knowledge of the subject and a proficient supplier of glass. Luckily, we meet both of these precondition in Aluplast :-)
There are roughly 300 RAL shades and anodizers of choice. Basic shades of colours according to RAL are alternatively offered we as glossy, matte, and with fine structure (Feinstruktur). It is also possible to choose from a number of special pearly colours with a metallic effect, INOX optical effect, or wood-like coating. Regarding SCHÜCO AWS 65, there are three profile variants are available in addition to the standard. 1) AWS 65 BS.HI (Block System) where the sash is concealed behind the frame, 2) AWS 65 RL (Residential Line), with sloping front surface of the frame and sash, and 3) AWS 65 ST (Steel Contour) with an impression of a steel construction.
