These are entry doors where the insulating glass is:

Yes. Standard glazed doors are as resistant to burglary as a standard window, balcony, or sliding door.
Do glass doors provide sufficient privacy?
Yes, provided the space behind them is suitably arranged, for example, with a vestibule, or if frosted or ornamental glass is used. Today, many homes are designed with glazing areas much larger than the area of the entry door. Therefore, the issue of privacy should be addressed comprehensively.
