Call for Tenders: “Efficient Heat and Light” – Heating

ALUPLAST s.r.o. publishes a call for the submission of price quotations for the project “Efficient Heat and Light” – Heating.

The subject of the contract is the replacement/modernization of the heating system in the production hall.

Clarification dated 17 December 2021, document for download HERE:

• change of the implementation period to 90 calendar days (originally up to 3 calendar weeks) from the signing of the contract for work
• extension of the deadline for submission of tenders until 21 December 2021, 10:00
• supplementing the contractual terms in point 16 of the call for tenders: “The contracting authority (i.e., the recipient of the NFP) reserves the right, within the contractual relationship with the supplier, to withdraw from the contract with the supplier without any sanctions in the event that performance under the contract between the contracting authority and the supplier has not yet commenced, and the results of the administrative financial control of the public procurement by the NFP provider do not allow the financing of expenditures arising from the procurement of goods, services, construction works, or other procedures.”
