Call for Tenders: “Efficient Heat and Light” – Lighting

ALUPLAST s.r.o. is publishing a call for price offers for the project “Efficient Heat and Light” – Lighting.

The subject of the contract is the replacement/modernization of the production hall lighting.

Clarification from Dec 7, 2021, documents for download HERE:

• The required lighting system is in the form of a light track system in which linear luminaires are anchored into support channels. The required maximum distance of the lower edge of the luminaires from the plasterboard ceiling is 10 cm.

Clarification No. 2 from Dec 10, 2021:

• The required illuminance of 500 lx is at a height of 90 cm from the floor

Clarification No. 4 from Dec 14, 2021:

• The required track lighting system is without sensors (motion, daylight, etc.). This is a production hall with active work operations. At the beginning of the shift, the light is turned on; at the end, it is turned off. Each line of luminaires (8 lines) is controlled independently by a switch.
• The required track lighting system is without emergency modules and without emergency lighting. This functionality is not part of the tender project.

Clarification No. 5 from Dec 17, 2021, document for download HERE:

• Change of the implementation period to within 90 calendar days (originally within 3 calendar weeks) from the signing of the contract for work
• Extension of the deadline for submission of bids until Dec 21, 2021, 10:00 AM
• Addition of contractual terms in point 16 of the call for tenders: “The Client (i.e., the NFP recipient) reserves the right, within the framework of the contractual relationship with the supplier, to withdraw from the contract with the supplier without any penalties in cases where performance of the contract between the client and the supplier has not yet occurred, and the results of the administrative financial control of the public procurement by the NFP provider do not allow for the financing of expenses incurred from the procurement of goods, services, construction works, or other procedures.”
